We work directly with your group coordinator to develop a simple and effective solution that will eliminate the paperwork and streamline the sales process. Plus, your group leaders will love the hassle-free, paper-free process.

Best of all it is customized for you. We will take your current paper process and put it all online. This includes forms, waivers and payment.

Group Reservations
Epop Studio will review your existing group program and take it online. Group leaders will be able to complete an online form with all the information you require. The group leader will be charged a deposit (optional) and will be emailed a confirmation receipt. The email can be customized to include: directions, tips, what to bring, where to go and links to waivers/forms.

Your staff will have access to an online manifest showing bookings by date and group details.

This application has been used by: ski resorts, museums, canoe rental and scenic boat cruises.

Group Ticketing Sales
If you offer group discounts, but want each member to purchase their own ticket, you need ARRIVE. With ARRIVE each group receives a password-protected mini web site. The group leader can post announcements, monitor individual purchases and post images (and even video)  to a private photo gallery.

Each group member can log-in and purchase their ticket(s), view news, announcements and browse their video/photo gallery.

When a purchase is made your customer will be emailed a printable receipt to be redeemed at your ticket window.
