Guest Service and Loyalty
Each summer the Midwest Ski Areas Association holds its annual meeting. Epop Studio was invited to give a presentation on how to improve guest service using technology. To prepare for the presentation we did a little research to see how the Midwest resorts were doing on Facebook and Twitter, the results were surprising, proving once again its not the size of the resort but the power of the marketing team.
